The Championship side were handed the punishment by the English Football League in July after making late payments to other clubs.
They will now be able to pay a fee for a player in next summer's transfer window.
"As we have demonstrated in recent weeks, we still remain able to sign players – either on loan or as free agents," they said in a statement.
"We want to take this moment to sincerely thank all our fans for their unwavering support during these challenging times."
The Tigers have started the league season with four points from two games.
