The Buffalo Bills were back at it again on HBO's "Hard Knocks."

It was the third episode of the NFL's offseason program for the team and there were many behind-the-scenes looks given to fans.

Ed Oliver horse

It's well known that defensive tackle Ed Oliver is a fan of horses. In the past, video has surfaced of him riding one to practice and that even aired on this week's episode. The Houston native revealed he owns 30 horses and went into detail about his passion.

James Cook saga ending

When "Hard Knocks" got going, running back James Cook began his holdout. A behind-the-scenes look was expected that would be dramatic.

Wrong.

Instead his holdout ending was highlighted which was much more dull... but interesting nonetheless. General manager Brandon Beane features here.

Pizza party

The pizza parties the Bills' offensive line have been noted in the past. It happened more in-depth in this episode. Center Connor McGovern and his wife host one of them and "Hard Knocks" was invited.
