AS Monaco are looking to raise funds between now and the end of the transfer window. Wilfried Singo (24), a key player for the Principality club over the past two seasons, could leave, according to a report from L’Équipe.
Singo did not play in Monaco’s Ligue 1 opener, a 3-1 win over Le Havre AC. He was on the bench and looks to have been displaced by Eric Dier, who arrived over the summer. The Ivory Coast international could, therefore, depart in the coming days.
Singo emerged as a priority signing for Galatasaray, however, according to L’Équipe, the defender rejected a move to the Turkish giants. Despite that rejection, Monaco are not opposed to his departure, although not at any cost.
Les Monégasques value the player at €40m. The likes of Eliesse Ben Seghir, Breel Embolo, Soungoutou Magassa, Mohammed Salisu, and Krépin Diatta could also leave before the end of the window.
