England may be the team to beat at the 2025 Women's Rugby World Cup – they've won 57 of their last 58 test matches — but the U.S. might just be the team to watch thanks to Ilona Maher. Maher, the breakout star from the 2024 Paris Olympics, has been honing her skills in England’s Premiership Women’s Rugby league with the Bristol Bears and continues to be a social media star. You'll be able to catch Maher playing for Team USA — and every other match of this year's tournament — on Paramount+. (Select matches will also be simulcast on CBS Sports, including the tournament's first match between the U.S. and England on August 22 at 2:30 p.m..)

And if you need any additional proof that women's rugby is having a moment, the Women's World Cup final, which is scheduled for Sept. 27, has already sold out all 80,000 seats at London's Twickenham Stadium. Here's everything you need to know about how to watch the 2025 Women's Rugby World Cup.
