New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson shined in a recent Kobe, Nike advertisement.
It has been an interesting offseason thus far for the New York Knicks as they have made multiple additions to their roster to chase a championship next season.
Of course, New York is coming off an impressive season that saw them reach the Eastern Conference Finals for the first time since 2000.
Despite this, they fired head coach Tim Thibodeau to begin the offseason and replaced him with two-time Coach of the Year winner Mike Brown.
The Knicks did elect to keep their core of Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns, OG Anunoby, Mikal Bridges and Josh Hart together this summer and they also added Jordan Clarkson and Guerschon Yabusele to upgrade their bench.
With these moves, the Knicks are set to enter next season as one of the favorites to win the weakened East as they try to make a run at a championship.

Brunson is seen entering a jewelry shop in the advertisement and wants to buy the new Nike Kobe 3 Protro “Halo” colorway but is asked to go through a test about how clutch he is by Kobe’s oldest daughter, Natalia Bryant.
Of course, Brunson was named Clutch Player of the Year last season and is arguably the most clutch player currently in the NBA.
The Knicks’ star is also signed with Nike and while he does not have a signature shoe with the company, he is set to receive a special Nike Kobe 6 Proto “Statue of Liberty” colorway coming during the holiday season later in 2025.
For Brunson, it is clear that he is becoming a key piece for Nike thanks to his ties with New York and the Knicks and it may lead him to his own signature shoe down the road.
Either way, Brunson is looking to lead the Knicks to a championship next season while also unveiling his new Nike Kobe 6 colorway later this year.
