Indiana and Baylor announced its preseason exhibition matchup ahead of the 2025-26 season on Friday afternoon. The teams will play at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

The game is set for October 26 in Indianapolis.

This had been a discussion that dated back months, before the summer.

This is one of two known exhibition games, with the other at Assembly Hall against Marian.

Baylor is coming off of a 20-15 season in 2024-25, where it reached the second round of the NCAA Tournament before a loss to Duke.

Baylor lost a great deal of its roster from last season but do bring in Cincinnati wing Dan Skillings (9.2 ppg, 3.8 rpg), Omaha guard JJ White (13.7 ppg, 44% 3pt), Oregon State forward Michael Rataj (16..9 ppg, 7.2 rpg) and Rice forward Caden Powell (10.4 ppg, 7.2 rpg).

Indiana brings in 13 new players and an entire new coaching staff.

The Hoosiers went 3-0 in a Puerto Rico exhibition tour in early August.

Albeit a preseason matchup, Baylor adds to a schedule that includes Kansas State (Bloomington) Kentucky (Lexington), Louisville (Indianapolis) and Marquette (Chicago).

Indiana begins its season on November 5 against Alabama A&M at Assembly Hall.
