Guardians, here ya are, and it’s a beautiful day. Well, I just don’t understand it.
The Guardians got their doors blown off by the Texas Rangers 10-0. The Rangers are not a particularly good team. The Guardians are, as I have repeated several times since late June, a bad team. Zach had your recap. I had your postgame rant. Things are bleak.
In regards to yesterday’s news about ESPN getting the Guardians’ rights, it sounds as if the overall price for the games likely won’t be much more than what the cost was to watch the Guardians on MLB.TV this year. So… yay for us, dontcha know?
That’s about all I have to say. I know, a fountain of conversation here. A geyser.
AROUND MLB:
Hey, the Yankees and the Dodgers both lost. That’s fun. Will I find satisfaction in a season that ends with no World Series title for the Guardians but also no World Series Title for the Dodgers or Yankees? You betcha.
