Tottenham Hotspur are in talks with Bayer Leverkusen over a deal for defender Piero Hincapie, according to Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano. The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium club want to strengthen at the back, and the South American is on their radar. Spurs are willing to sign Hincapie on loan with an obligation to buy him for around €60 million (£52m). The 23-year-old Tottenham target has a £52m release clause which becomes active in 2026.
