Brittney Griner continues to put together quite a career in the WNBA. Now with the Atlanta Dream, Griner picked up three rebounds in four minutes of play in the first half on Wednesday.
With her second of the night, she now has more than 2,500 career rebounds in the WNBA, and sits 17th All-Time in WNBA history for rebounds. With just 21 more, she will catch Swin Cash, who is part of the WNBA Hall of Fame.

Griner's minutes have been fewer and less lately, but she can still be quite productive for an Atlanta team that is showing signs of being a major contender in the league. On August 19 against Vegas, she played 26 minutes and scored 16 points while recording eight rebounds as well.

On the season, she was scoring 10.1 points and averaging 5.5 rebounds heading into the affair on Wednesday.
For the Dream, they have the best record in the East, and third third-best record in the league. They started the game one game back of Las Vegas for second, only behind the Minnesota Lynx.
