Just one game into his season, Missouri quarterback Sam Horn left Thursday’s game due to an injury. Appearing to be a lower-body one, Horn left the game after getting tackled on a designed run play. Not what anybody in Columbia wanted to start the year.

As Missouri looks to close out a blowout victory against Central Arkansas, Horn was spotted in a full leg cast inside the tunnel. An official update has not been provided yet, likely waiting until Eli Drinkwitz‘s postgame press conference. But not a positive sign thus far.

“Update: #Mizzou QB Sam Horn was spotted in a full leg cast in the tunnel,” Zach Sweet of Missourian Sportssaid via X. “He was hit low on a 6-yard rush in the first half, went to the tent, then limped to the locker room. He did not return to the sideline before halftime.
