MADISON, Wis. — Watch live as Wisconsin head coach Luke Fickell breaks down Thursday’s 17-0 win over Miami (OH). The Badgers had to finish the game without starting quarterback Billy Edwards, who went down with a non-contact injury in the second quarter. UW collected its 28th consecutive home non-conference opening win and improved to 17-0 in night games at Camp Randall Stadium versus unranked foes.
Wisconsin also moved to 2-0 all-time against Miami (OH). The Badgers took the only other meeting 58-0 back during the 2015 season. UW is now 37-2 against opponents from the Mid-American Conference.
Wisconsin will resume action next Saturday against Middle Tennessee State. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m CT at Camp Randall Stadium.
