Philadelphia will play Dallas on Thursday night, and we're examining ten takeaways from the Eagles' first unofficial depth chart of the regular season.
The Eagles have started preparation for Week 1 against Dallas, and nothing says the regular season is approaching like the release of the first unofficial depth chart of the summer.
The offensive and defensive depth chart, printed out by Philadelphia's public relations department, has a few surprises, including Will Shipley as the backup running back and a surprising name at the No. 3 cornerback spot. Overall, Philadelphia has three positions with a co-starter, and although Cooper DeJean is listed as a slot cornerback, he'll play safety in the base defense.
