The definition of "Sleeper," at least in terms of Fantasy Football, means: A player who is being overlooked and will outperform. So, let's take a look at three fantasy football sleepers that you should pick up in your fantasy draft.

Colston Loveland - Chicago Bears (TE): Loveland was chosen with the 10th overall pick by the Chicago Bears in the 2025 NFL Draft out of Michigan. In college, he played in 39 career games, hauling in 117 catches for nearly 1,500 yards and scoring 11 touchdowns. Loveland has excellent size at almost 6-foot-7. Generally, rookie tight ends in the NFL find a lack of success, but with Bears quarterback Caleb Williams still being young, look for Loveland to serve as a security blanket and secure a respectable amount of targets.

Michael Penix Jr. - Atlanta Falcons (QB): Penix Jr. was thrust into the Falcons starting rotation last season after Kirk Cousins was benched. Penix Jr. showed flashes of being an excellent NFL QB. He has a cannon of an arm and has worked on the accuracy. Drake London solidified himself as one of the sophomore QBs' favorite targets during his three-game stint as a starter last season. The Falcons have plenty of weapons for Penix Jr. to choose from. Kyle Pitts will also look to increase targets in a contract year, and just like Loveland, as mentioned above, should serve as a security blanket for Penix Jr. Remember, Bijan Robinson is an excellent option at receiver out of the backfield as well.

December 31, 2022; Glendale, Ariz; USA; Michigan quarterback JJ McCarthy (9) throws a pass during the pregame before the Fiesta Bowl at State Farm Stadium.

J.J. McCarthy - Minnesota Vikings (QB): Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell's offensive scheme heavily favors quarterbacks, with the position averaging 17.8 fantasy points per game in his three years in the role. While we haven't seen literally anything out of McCarthy, and he missed his entire rookie season with multiple knee surgeries, he has one of, if not the most talented, wide receiver rooms in the NFL.
