DEFENSE
DL/EDGE – Alex January, 84.2,Zina Umeozulu, 79.2, Cole Brevard, 76.6, Ethan Burke, 72.3, Travis Shaw, 70.6, Hero Kanu, 67.7, Trey Moore, 64.8, Colton Vasek,61.8, Maraad Watson, 61.4,Colin Simmons, 61.2, Lance Jackson, 59.3, Brad Spence, 56.9
Outside of two drives, the defensive line held Ohio State’s rushing attack in check with 81 total yards. True freshman Jackson saw his first game action with seven snaps. January and Kanu added three stops to lead the interior.
At EDGE, Burke led the team in QB pressures at 74.0 and tied with Moore with four tackles.
LB – Anthony Hill Jr, 63.4, Liona Lefau, 74.6,Tyanthony Smith,55.7
Hill (six) and Lefau (nine) led the way with 15 total tackles, and Moore lined up at LB as well with four stops. Lefau played with his hair on fire and almost had a safety too.
CB – Malik Muhammad, 66.2, Kobe Black, 64.4, Jaylon Guilbeau,62.7
The corners played relatively well, outside of Carnell Tate’s incredible touchdown grab. Muhammad had six tackles and a PBU,

S/N – Michael Taaffe, 73.7,Graceson Littleton, 86.6, Jelani McDonald, 66.7, Derek Williams,56.3
The true freshman Littleton was as advertised. He netted one tackle and one pass breakup, but his play was stellar in these circumstances. He led the team in coverage grade with 83.7. Taaffe was Taaffe, adding nine tackles, and McDonald contributed three stops as well.
