Stevenage are sitting prettily in second in League One at the moment - and their formidable start to the season on home soil has underpinned their stunning start to the 2025/26 campaign.

Goals from Harvey White and Jordan Roberts helped Boro claim all three points against Exeter last weekend, and Stevenage boss Alex Revell afterwards stated that his team "deserve" to be where they are in the table, a point behind leaders Bradford City.

Victory over the Grecians saw the Stevenage retain their perfect record at the Lamex Stadium this season - they now have four wins from four - and the Hertfordshire outfit are in an exclusive group of clubs to have a 100% league record at home.

In fact, there are only four other teams alongside Stevenage in this bracket across 'The 92': Liverpool (who have a perfect record home and away in the Premier League after five games), Middlesbrough, Bradford and Gillingham.

Stevenage's next League One clash sees them on the road, however, as Revell's men have a trip to Leyton Orient in store. The O's are currently mid-table, but are a dangerous outfit on their day.  Boro boss Revell wants his side to mount a sustained promotion push, and stated after the Exeter game that there is no reason Stevenage can't hang around at the top of the table.

“The only thing that will stop us from kicking on is us," said Revell.

“We have to make sure we keep doing what we’re doing, all the things that have got us to where we are. We have to keep doing them and keep getting better and better at those."
