Penei Sewell is from American Samoa.

He was born in a village called Malaeimi, near the capital city of Pago Pago.

That makes Sewell of Polynesian ancestry and a part of Samoan culture.

How many Sewell brothers are there?

There are four Sewell boys overall: Penei, Noah, Nephi and Gabriel.

All four have played professional football.

Penei is the most well-known for his time with the Lions.

Noah is a linebacker for the Chicago Bears.

Nephi is a linebacker for the New Orleans Saints.

Gabriel has played in the UFL, most recently for the Houston Roughnecks.
