UFC middleweight hopefuls clash in main event
MMA Fighting has Dana White Contender Series results for the Barbir vs. Kondratavicius event from UFC APEX in Las Vegas on Tuesday night.
In the main event, Djani Barbir faces Mantas Kondratavicius in a middleweight contest. Barbir is yet to lose in eight pro bouts, with a no-contest the only blemish on his record. All seven of his victories have come by way of knockout or submission.
Kondratavicius (7-1) is coming off of a stunning 47-second knockout of Michael Tchamou at a Cage Warriors event this past March.
Brahyam Zurcher and Murtazali Magomedov meet in the featherweight co-main event. Zurcher has big league experience, having gone 5-0 for PFL and sports a 9-0 record overall. His opponent Magomedov is also 9-0 as a pro and he recently successfully defended his Octagon League featherweight title.
