Recapping the Yankees’ minor league affiliates’ results from September 25th.
Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders: L, 7-4 at Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp (Jacksonville wins the International League Championship, 2-1) — positively heartbreaking finish, Scranton went to the ninth down 7-0 and rallied to score four and load the bases before finally running out of steam

C J.C. Escarra 1-4, RBI, BB, K, GIDP
DH Jose Rojas 1-5, 2B, 2 K — struck out with the bases loaded to end the game, bummer end to what was a fantastic season for him (he began the rally in the first place with a double)

That does it for our daily minor league recaps this year. Thanks to everyone who followed along, and stick around in the coming days and weeks for more reviews of the season that was down on the farm! Nolan will be providing weekly Arizona Fall League coverage as well, so keep an eye out for that when the AFL begins in early October.
