Crystal Palace Head Coach Reveals Guehi's Honest Reaction to Failed Liverpool Switch
Crystal Palace head coach Oliver Glasner's revealed that defender Marc Guehi felt "a little disappointed" after his proposed move to Liverpool fell through on deadline day of the summer transfer window.
Why the deal collapsed
Liverpool'd agreed 35m sterling pound fee for the England international but the transfer collapsed as Palace failed to secure suitable replacement.
Reports from The Times indicate the Reds won't return in January instead planning free move next summer.
🚨 Oliver Glasner: “Of course Guehi was a little bit disappointed after Liverpool saga… but then he said. no, it's fine, I like being here, I like the team, I like the staff, I like Crystal Palace, I'm a south London boy, I will give my best”.
