Browns vs Lions injury report: 4 ruled out, 3 questionable for Week 4

Injury updates on Jack Conklin, Taylor Decker, Mike Hall and Al-Quadin Muhammad heading into Browns vs Lions Week 4

The Cleveland Browns and Detroit Lions face off in Week 4 of the NFL season, with both teams coming off wins and having hopes for more to come. For the visiting Browns, a win in Detroit would be a rare feat. The Lions, despite losing both of their coordinators, have high hopes for the 2025 NFL season but need to make sure they do not overlook one of the best defenses in the NFL.

Injuries have been a story all week, with a few big names missing practices. With Friday’s sessions out of the way, both teams have submitted their injury reports with four players out and three questionable for Week 4:

Browns Injury Report

  • DT Mike Hall Jr. – Knee – Out
  • OT Jack Conklin – Elbow – Questionable

Hall missing four straight games calls into question the team’s decision to keep him on the active roster to start the season. Every other player on Cleveland’s roster was a full participant in practice on Friday.

Lions Injury Report

  • LB Zach Cunningham – Hamstring – Out
  • S Daniel Thomas – Forearm – Out
  • RB Sione Vaki – Groin – Out
  • OT Taylor Decker – Shoulder – Questionable
  • DE Al-Quadin Muhammad – Knee – Questionable

Of note, veteran offensive tackle Decker did not practice at all this week but still could play on Sunday. Muhammad was limited in the last two practices after being listed as DNP for the team’s walk-through on Wednesday.

All three questionable players could be important on Sunday.

Which of the three questionable players do you think is the most important for the results of Sunday’s contest?
