The Franco-Senegalese wonderkid Pape Cabral has joined AS Monaco’s first-team squad ahead of their clash against FC Lorient, for Matchday 6 of Ligue 1.
The 18-year-old midfielder will step in for his compatriot Lamine Camara, who has been ruled out due to an ankle injury.

- He began his football career in 2013 with CS Mainvilliers before signing as a free agent with AS Monaco in 2022.
- He has featured in 54 matches for AS Monaco’s U19 team, where he scored 5 goals.
- He has represented most of France’s youth sides, but he is still eligible to switch his sporting nationality from French to Senegalese.
- He played three matches for "Les Bleuets" at the last U19 Euro, scoring two goals in the tournament.
