Bayern Munich board member for sport Max Eberl thinks that Harry Kane is the perfect striker for head coach Vincent Kompany’s system.
“Harry Kane is a player who benefits from Vincent Kompany’s style of football. For me, Kane has undergone a development that is special. He doesn’t just focus on scoring goals, but on the way he runs for the team and creates chances. Kane is an outstanding personality. He simply wants to be successful and win titles. That’s what drives him. And he should continue to do that with us for as long as possible,” Eberl told Sky Germany journalist Kerry Hau (as captured by @iMiaSanMia)
Kane has been spectacular this season and seems to have brought the best part of his game into the role that Kompany has laid out. Not all transfers work out, but Kane has been a wild success story.
