The successor to Harry Kane?
As uncertainty looms over Harry Kane’s future at Bayern Munich, the club is exploring its options should Kane leave for England in 2026 or 2027.
One of those alternatives to Kane is Juventus striker Dušan Vlahović per transfer expert Fabrizio Romano:
Bayern are thinking about bringing in an extra striker in 2026 and have made calls for Dušan Vlahović to inquire about his situation (contract situation, costs of a potential deal). As of now, there’s no offer or any negotiations. It’s still at the stage of gathering information. Several other clubs are also keeping an eye on Vlahović, who is seen as an opportunity on a free transfer.
Vlahović being available on a free transfer would certainly be appealing to Bayern Munich, especially because the striker market is expected to be barren in the next couple of transfer cycles.
Bayern Munich is cruising and heading into another Champions League, so let’s take a look at the factors that have powered the team so far.

- Is it possible that Harry Kane will stay at Bayern Munich? He is not dismissing the possibility.
- Yes! We avoided a #BayernKaren situation. We are rejoicing this in Philadelphia.
- Tying up some loose ends — let’s check in on Leroy Sane, Kingsley Coman, João Palhinha, Paul Wanner, Mathys Tel, and Adam Aznou.
