Paddy Pimblett is a warrior in the Octagon, but he might want to leave actual warfare to the professionals.

The English star recently appeared in an ad for upcoming video game Battlefield 6, which can be viewed in the video player above. Alongside Hollywood A-lister Zac Efron, country rocker Morgan Wallen, and NBA All-Star Jimmy Butler, Pimblett enters the scene locked and loaded, ready for battle. Just as the squad cocks their weapons, a missile from off-screen zooms in and blows them to bits!

The celeb squad is quickly replaced by a handful of real soldiers, and the rest of the action is firmly grounded in reality. The whole advertisement is intended to highlight the difference between the Battlefield series’ realism versus competitor Call of Duty, which has drifted off into fantasy land and embraced celebrity characters. Without getting into video game flame wars, it’s pretty impressive that “The Baddy” is notorious enough to land alongside the three extremely famous names above.

Battlefield 6 releases on consoles and PC on October 10, 2025.

As for Pimblett, the Lightweight finisher remains unbooked but currently rides a seven-fight UFC win streak. Most recently, he mauled Michael Chandler at UFC 314 back in April. Nothing is confirmed, but there is a chance Pimblett will face undisputed champion Ilia Topuria next for the 155-pound UFC title, as there’s a lot of history between “The Paddy” and “The Sausage.”
