Week 4 of the 2025 season saw the New Orleans Saints head up to Buffalo to take on the undefeated Bills. This was a game that many felt the Saints would get destroyed in, but it turned out to be the best game they have played all season. While they lost 31-19, the game was actually much closer than that. The Saints kept the Bills on their toes most of the game, sacking Josh Allen 3 times. However as in the past 3 weeks, missed opportunities and penalties, although much less, hurt the Saints chances of ever controlling this game.
There was a lot to come out of this game feeling positive about especially as the Saints will play at home the next two weeks, this Sunday against the New York Giants and next week against the New England Patriots. Two games that if the Saints can continue to improve and play cleaner football, they should win easily.
