CBS sports loves to talk to college basketball coaches and make them provide anonymous opinions. I love when they do it actually. It makes for a really fun read and often leads to Purdue getting praise which makes it even better. After that though, Ryan and I get down to business and discuss Purdue’s upcoming game against Illinois. Illinois, led by Bert, comes to town on Saturday for a noon kickoff. Illinois is coming off of a confusing two weeks where they got absolutely trounced on national television by IU and then had a great comeback against the Trojans of USC culminating in a game winning field goal at the end of the game. Purdue was unable to beat USC, but Purdue is also coming off a bye week. Will that matter? Can Purdue find a way to take down the ranked team from our neighboring state? Ryan and I make our predictions.
