On Thursday afternoon, it was announced that Ken Roczen will return to the Progressive Insurance ECSTAR Suzuki team for 2026. Roczen will enter his fourth season with the Pipes Motorsports Group/HEP Motorsports crew and his sixth season total with Suzuki in America.

After trying out several different brands in the off-season prior to 2023, Roczen ended up returning to the yellow brand, where he won the 2016 Pro Motocross 450 class championship. "Kickstart Kenny" hit the ground running with the team, scoring a podium in his third race with the PMG organization. Roczen won a main event at Indianapolis in 2023, breaking Suzuki's seven year winless streak in Supercross. He added two more main event wins at Glendale in 2024 and Daytona earlier this year. Roczen held the red plate at the beginning of the Supercross season this year and finished as the runner-up in the 2023 SMX Playoffs. In his second stint with Suzuki, Roczen has earned three main event wins and 23 podiums.

"I'm excited to sign another year with the team," Roczen said in Suzuki's press release. "We have built a solid foundation over the last few years, and I'm excited to continue to work with the people that I have worked with for the last four years because I feel like that is when the best results come."

Roczen will compete for Team Germany in the Motocross of Nations this weekend, contesting the MXGP class as the only Suzuki rider in the field. He will shift his focus in the coming weeks to the World Supercross Championship, where he won the 2022 and 2023 SX1 titles. Roczen's fourth year in America with the PMG organization will kick off on January 10th at Anaheim.
