Predicting AP Top 25 after wild Week 6 in college football

There were huge upsets in Week 6 of college football and prognostications see Texas and Penn State out of the AP Top 25.

It was a tumultuous week in college football. UCLA, which came in with a 0-4 record, stunned Penn State at the Rose Bowl. Meanwhile, Arch Manning and Texas went to Gainesville and were thumped in the Swamp by Florida.
