There are only two unbeaten teams left standing, and we'll see if they keep their perfect records intact in Week 5.
The Eagles (4-0) sure look primed to defend their Super Bowl title, with three of their four wins coming against playoff teams from a year ago. They'll face another contender on Sunday, as Bo Nix and the Broncos invade Philadelphia to tangle with Jalen Hurts and company.
In the AFC, the Bills (4-0) have established themselves as the premier outfit, behind a typically stellar Josh Allen and an emergent James Cook. Buffalo welcomes in fellow AFC East foe New England for a "Sunday Night Football" clash under the lights in upstate New York.
Don't sleep on the one-loss teams, either. The Buccaneers (3-1) and Seahawks (3-1) meet in a matchup of NFC contenders in Seattle, as Baker Mayfield and Sam Darnold go head-to-head seven years after being selected No. 1 and No. 3 overall, respectively, in the 2018 NFL Draft.
