Serie A: Napoli vs. Genoa – probable line-ups and where to watch on TV

Kevin De Bruyne might rest in Napoli’s home game against Genoa, bringing Scott McTominay back in central midfield and David Neres in the starting XI.

It kicks off at 18:00 CET (17:00 BST) at the Stadio Maradona in Naples.

The defending Serie A champions are without Romelu Lukaku, Pasquale Mazzocchi, Alessandro Buongiorno and Amir Rrahmani, while Genoa have travelled to Naples without Junior Messias, Nicolae Stanciu and Maxwel Cornet.

Several sources in Italy, including Sky Sport and Gazzetta, claim that Conte will rest Belgian star De Bruyne for this fixture, changing system to a 4-3-3 with McTominay in central midfield and Neres in the left winger position.

Rasmus Hojlund is confirmed as Napoli’s centre-forward, while Vanja Milinkovic-Savic is favourite over Alex Meret for a starting spot in goal.

Genoa are one of the four Serie A teams without a league victory so far this season, as the Grifone have collected just two points in the opening five matches.

England international Brooke Norton-Cuffy is expected to start as a right-back, while product of Genoa academy Lorenzo Venturino, 19, will likely be deployed as a left winger.
