(KSEE/KGPE) – In this Great Moment in Bulldog History, brought to you by Precision Civil Engineering, we look back at the time a Diamond ‘Dog won the College Home Run Derby.
On July 3rd, 2012 Aaron Judge went to Omaha and hit 16 home runs in three rounds to win the College Home Run Derby. His pitcher was now Fresno State head coach Ryan Overland.
In the last round, Judge only had one out left and he was down by three. He then hit four consecutive home runs, and the bonus ball, to win the competition.
