Watford will reportedly sack manager Paulo Pezzolano with Javi Gracia lined up to take his place.
The former Real Valladolid and Cruzeiro boss was appointed in May last year and has since overseen 10 games in charge of the Hornets, with a record of three wins, three draws, and four defeats.
According to Sky Sports, Watford's current 11th position in the Championship is not enough for the club's hierarchy who are expected to dismiss the Uruguayan.
Former manager Javi Gracia is reportedly lined up to replace Pezzolano, having most recently been in charge of Leeds United for just 12 games in which the Whites won three times.
Gracia was originally appointed back in January 2018 in the place of Marco Silva and managed to keep his role for the entirety of the 2018/19 season before being sacked early into the 2019/20 campaign.
