Eddie George's new school might have taken some notes from the Ohio State-Michigan rivalry ahead of the Bowling Green-Toledo football game on Oct. 11.
The letter "T" was seen crossed out in various signs on the Bowling Green campus with a stripe of tape, perhaps a play on the Ohio State tradition of crossing out the letter "M" before Ohio State-Michigan games.
Coincidentally, Bowling Green's football coach is none other than Ohio State Heisman Trophy winner George, who played in the heated Ohio State-Michigan rivalry four times in his playing career.

Though there is no exact date on when the Ohio State tradition began, the letter "M" begins getting censored the week of the Ohio State-Michigan game, typically with a red "X." The Ohio State Facebook page first acknowledged the tradition with a post in 2011.
The source of the crossed-out "Ts" on the Bowling Green Campus is unknown. WTOL-11 reached out to Bowling Green University for comment, but did not hear back
Known as the "Battle of I-75," Toledo is 43-42-4 against Bowling Green. A Bowling Green win on Oct. 11 would even up the all-time series.
