The Judgment Day is currently the WWE World Tag Team Champions, but a major concerning stat has emerged about their ongoing tag team title reign.
Finn Balor and JD McDonagh are the present World Tag Champions on Monday Night RAW. They captured the titles after defeating The New Day on the June 30 episode of RAW. Since then, the faction has feuded with the LWO as well as other storylines.
However, a major stat reveals that the World Tag Team Championships haven’t been defended since July 28, when the Judgment Day defeated Cruz Del Toro and Joaquin Wilde. Since then, Balor and McDonagh have yet to defend the gold in over two months.
As of writing, this counts as around 73 days without a title defense. These numbers are concerning, especially with WWE seemingly failing to utilize the Judgment Day properly as Tag Team Champions.

WWE has hinted at new opponents for The Judgment Day
On this week’s episode of WWE RAW, The Judgment Day confronted AJ Styles backstage. During this segment, Finn Balor mentioned that he heard about Styles wanting a Tag Team title match alongside Dragon Lee. However, the former Universal Champion advised Styles to stay away from this idea.
This confrontation later led to a six-man tag team match where Styles, Lee, and Penta defeated The Judgment Day. As of now, the Phenomenal One is set to compete against John Cena at Crown Jewel this weekend.
Despite that, it seems that WWE might book AJ Styles and Dragon Lee vs the Judgment Day for the World Tag Team Championship soon. The title match might unfold after Crown Jewel 2025.
