Fantasy managers suffered a crushing blow when Colts rookie Spencer Shrader suffered a season-ending knee injury in Week 5. Who can replace him?
It's not often a kicker injury makes waves in fantasy football, but last week was an exception.
Indianapolis Colts rookie Spencer Shrader was the No. 1 overall kicker in fantasy when he was hit while converting an extra point in last Sunday's game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Shrader suffered tears to both the ACL and MCL in his knee and will miss the rest of the season.
Fantasy teams who had been reaping the benefits of Shrader's strong season are now forced to turn elsewhere. Hopefully, someone near the top of this week's rankings is available to be added.
