The Toronto Argonauts are playing out the string as they head to Mosaic Stadium on Friday to face the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
The Riders can clinch first place in the West Division with a win, and my Argonauts vs. Roughriders predictions are betting on them to get it in emphatic fashion. Here are my best free CFL picks for the Week 19 clash.

My Argonauts vs Roughriders pick: Roughriders -10.5 (-115 at BET99)
To say that this season has been a massive disappointment for the defending Grey Cup champion Toronto Argonauts would be an understatement.
The Argos have the worst defense, worst offensive line, and worst ground game in the CFL. Hell, they even have the worst kick coverage unit. The only thing they've been able to do is throw the ball, and they won't even be able to do that anymore.
After getting eliminated from the playoffs, they've decided to shut down QB Nick Arbuckle for the rest of the year due to a shoulder injury. That means another game for third-string pivot Jarrett Doege, who is averaging just 6.1 yards per pass attempt with three touchdowns and five interceptions in a pair of starts.
They face the first-place Saskatchewan Roughriders, who are the Grey Cup odds favourites and lead the league in scoring margin. The Riders have a balanced and highly-efficient offense along with a strong defense and some great coaching.
They should also be motivated in this spot since they're playing at home for the first time since a humiliating Week 15 loss to the Als, and can clinch first place in the West with a win.
One concern I have about Saskatchewan is a banged-up secondary, but Toronto won't be able to take advantage with Doege under center.

With a defense that allows a league-high 32.0 points per game, the Argos have been getting in plenty of shootouts this year. Six of their last nine games have seen more than 60 points hung on the board.
That woeful defense will be even worse this week with its best linebacker Wynton McManis and top defensive tackle Anthony Lanier sidelined. Meanwhile, the Riders have ruled out three starters from their secondary.
Doege completed 34 of 49 passes for 323 yards in last week's 47-29 loss to the Ticats. Doege isn't efficient, but with a one-dimensional offense and a negative game script, he should throw for plenty of yards.
If he's not moving the ball up the field, his tendency to turn it over will result in points coming back the other way.
