Castleford Tigers prop Muizz Mustapha is released early from his contract with the Super League club to "pursue other playing opportunities".
Castleford Tigers have announced the departure of prop Muizz Mustapha.
The 25-year-old was contracted to Tigers until 2027 but has been released early to "pursue playing opportunities elsewhere".
Mustapha arrived at The Jungle from Leeds Rhinos for the 2023 season and made 45 appearances for Cas, scoring three tries.
All of those scores came this season as Tigers finished the regular Super League season in 11th place, eight points clear of bottom club Salford.
"We wish Muizz all the best for the future and thank him for his service to Castleford Tigers", the club said.
