⚽BOYS SOCCER — Division I

North Kingstown 3, North Smithfield 2

Goals by Casey Spitzer, Zachary Oatley and Tyler Cross lifted the Skippers past the Northmen. Brayden Jenison and Blake Longval contributed an assist each in the win and netminder Connor Bourque had 6 saves.

For North Smithfield, William McNeil and Zachary Bienkiewicz each scored a goal and Bienkiewicz and Cristiano Rodrigues each added an assist. Netminder Mason Glode recorded 8 saves in the loss.

⚽GIRLS SOCCER — Division II

Middletown 1, North Smithfield 0

North Smithfield centerback Renata Mosquea and goalkeeper Gabriella Austin kept this contest close but a free kick by Middletown's Taylor Bridges was the difference as the Islanders edged the Lady Northmen in this Division II contest. Strong defense by Middletown's Eva Aldazabal helped keep the Lady Northmen’s attacking threats at bay.

East Providence 7, Narragansett 0

Eva Fontaine led the Division II Townies' offense, scoring three times in this crossover contest. Amalia AmicoNadiyah CalouroVargasJillian Garca and Samantha Rodrigues each had a goal, and assists were recorded by Victoria CapeloKatherine Amado, Amico and Garca.

In net, Sadie Gagnon had 3 saves for the Townies and Abigail Zelenak made 17 for the Division III Mariners.

⚽GIRLS SOCCER — Division III

Bay View 5, Cranston East 1

Ada Murphy and Kaddy Bah scored two goals apiece and senior captain Abby Figueiredo added an unassisted tally as Bay View dominated the Division III contest. It marked the sixth straight game Figueiredo had scored a goal.

Julia Hale had the lone goal for the Thunderbolts.

⚽GIRLS SOCCER — Division IV

Lincoln School 5, BVP 0

Nina Dady led the Lynx with a pair of goals while Susanna DugganSophia DeMelo and Elie Brody each chipped in a goal. Alivia Harris and Reign Whiteing tended the goal in the shutout.

BVP goalie Julissa Sinay had 19 saves in the loss.

Lincoln School is now 11-0 in Division IV, after defeating Pawtucket, 2-1, on Thursday.

🏐GIRLS VOLLEYBALL — Division I

North Kingstown 3, Chariho 0

A solid effort by Kayleigh Garrett (15 kills, 7 digs, 2 blocks) was key to the Skippers' victory over the Chargers. Also turning in strong outings in the win were Rachel Hesfors with 3 kills and 4 aces and Georgia Steppen, who had 3 kills and a block.

For the Chargers in the loss, Nicole Raymond had 2 aces, 4 kills and 6 digs, Abby Tiernan recorded 6 kills and 10 assists and Alexis Korus was good for 5 kills.

Cranston West 3, East Greenwich 2

This contest went the distance as the Avengers gave the Falcons all they could handle in five sets (17-25, 25-13, 23-25, 25-16, 10-15). Cranston West was led by Ava Iannelli, who had 8 aces and 7 digs; Sarah Crowley, who finished with 9 kills and 3 blocks; and Lanna Moua, who had 26 assists, 3 aces and 3 digs. Addison Fain, with 9 kills and 4 blocks; Alexa Jaret, with 5 aces; and Sadie Wells, with 6 kills, led the East Greenwich attack.

Barrington 3, Prout 1

In a division crossover, D-II Barrington got strong play from Claudia Leonard (7 kills, 2 ,aces, 4 digs) and Naima Basse (3 blocks, 2 kills) to help upend the D-I Crusaders.

Juliet McGuire had 5 aces and 6 digs for the Crusaders and Parker Sears was good for 3 kills for Prout in the loss.

🏐GIRLS VOLLEYBALL — Division II

Exeter-West Greenwich 3, North Smithfield 2

Kate Hebert had 19 assists, 16 kills, 7 digs, 2 blocks and 1 ace and teammate Julia Martin recorded 16 kills and 2 blocks and Exeter-West Greenwich got past a feisty North Smithfield team, 27-25, 25-18, 18-25, 15-25, 15-9.

Olivia Audette had 28 digs and Shaleigh Bienvenue had 10 kills and 5 digs for the Northmen.

Sarah Wilcox, Mt. Hope girls volleyball

Mt. Hope 3, Juanita Sanchez 0

The play of Leah Marshall (7 kills, 7 aces, 4 digs), Sarah Wilcox (21 digs, 5 aces) and Hayden Sylvia (14 assists, 7 digs, 3 aces) helped the Huskies sweep past the Cavaliers, 25-11, 25-6, 25-17.

🏐GIRLS VOLLEYBALL — Division III

Ponaganset 3, Tolman 1

Zoe Glover had 16 kills, 6 digs and 1 block, Rachel Lapham had 10 kills and 4 blocks. and Anna Lafontaine had 2 kills, 12 digs and 19 assists to pave the way for the Chieftains' victory over the Tigers.

For Tolman in the loss, Mariana Gonzalez had 24 digs, 1 ace and 1 assist, Jasleen Frieuos had 16 digs, 7 kills and 3 aces and Gabriela Alvorez had 7 digs, 3 kills and 17 assists.
