Brazil already wants to extend Ancelotti's contract
Having taken charge of the Brazilian national team this summer, Carlo Ancelotti could soon see his contract extended, according to local media reports.
The Italian left Real Madrid to take the helm of the Seleção, signing an initial deal through the 2026 World Cup in North America. But the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) is already keen to ensure he remains on the bench for the years ahead.
Since the 2022 World Cup, Brasil has had 10 clean sheets.

4 of those clean sheets have occurred during Ancelotti’s tenure, which is 5 matches.
This was also the biggest result for Brasil since 2020.

According to O Globo, Ancelotti could be offered an extension through 2030, covering two additional World Cups. For now, no decision has been confirmed by the Italian manager. This is a story to watch closely.
