Since his summer move from Feyenoord, Johan Bakayoko has already made a decisive impact for RB Leipzig, scoring match-winning goals against both Mainz and Wolfsburg.
RB Leipzig sporting managing director Marcel Schäfer is impressed with the 22-year-old’s qualities and is eager to see more individual brilliance in the future.
“Johan has unbelievable strength in one-on-one situations," said Schäfer in an interview with Sport Bild.
"With his powerful left foot, he can deliver perfect crosses or finish himself.
“We want to see even more of these moments from him,” stressed the Leipzig boss.
