With a sixth straight loss to start the season, the New York Jets may be looking for a new head coach and quarterback by January.

With each new loss for the , it becomes increasingly more difficult to describe. There's only so many ways to say that they lost again in a pathetic effort, after all. I also can't keep picking the Jets biggest losers each week because, ultimately, everyone in this organization is the biggest loser.
When will the Jets get their first win? Heaven only knows. In a game where they finally did not get blown out early, they still managed to bungle it all up. The final score of 13-11 perfectly sums up the cardinal sin of this team: not only are they incompetent and bad at everything, but they are also painfully boring to watch.
I don't blame Jets fans for being checked out after an 0-6 start to the season, but for those who still care, here are three takeaways from Sunday morning's loss in London.
1. Aaron Glenn should probably be fired.
This is no longer an overreaction. Through six weeks of football, it is clear that this team is not suffering from jitters, rust, injuries, or even a tough schedule. This team is one that is poorly coached, and that starts with the head coach, Aaron Glenn.
Sure, there's a snowball's chance that he could still turn this thing around. But with each passing week it's becoming clearer and clearer that he is simply not cut out to be a head coach. Barring a dramatic turnaround starting in Week 7, he needs to be one-and-done in New York.
2. Justin Fields should be cut from the roster.
Once again, this is no longer an overreaction. Fields is terrible, horrendous, awful. Excepting the occasional electric scramble, of which we've seen precious few this season, there is nothing that Fields does well as an NFL quarterback. He's a fifth-year starter who can't get past his second read and still holds the ball way too long, flaws which are typically ironed out in a player's rookie season.

The Jets will finish this game with -10 passing yards. Yes, you read that right. In 2025, the Jets will finish a game with negative 10 net passing yards.
I've seen it all.
And yes, I said he should be cut. Not just benched, but cut. He adds nothing to the team and thus should not have a roster spot. Glenn has talked a big game about accountability but appears to not be applying it equally across the board as evidenced by his strong defense of Fields as his starting quarterback. If he can waive Isaiah Williams after a few gaffes, he can do the same to Fields after week-to-week ineptitude.
3. The 2025 Jets may be the first team ever to go 0-17
It's extremely rare for a team to go an entire season without a win, but that's where we're at after an 0-6 start for the Jets. Looking ahead at their schedule, I can only find two games where I give them a decent chance to win: against the Panthers next week and the Saints in December.
I won't say they should be favorites to win these games, but just not hilarious underdogs. Yes, 0-17 is absolutely in the cards and Jets fans need to prepare themselves for that potential scenario.
