The Indianapolis Colts are duking it out with the , leading 14-10 at the time of writing. And while the Colts have been one of the pleasant surprises of the season thus far, they've done so largely without their 2024 second-round pick.
A.D. Mitchell has been largely unused by the Colts since they drafted him out of Texas last April. After a blunder that saw him fumble the ball before scoring against the in Week 4, the Colts played him only in garbage time in Week 5. Now, they have made him a healthy inactive against the Cardinals.
This signals that the Colts are largely done with the former Longhorn, and could be open to a trade. There are plenty of teams that could use a young receiver with the potential Mitchell has, so keep his name in mind ahead of the trade deadline.
