Cincinnati Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki will miss the team's NFL Week 7 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday Night Football.

Cincinnati Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki will miss the team's NFL Week 7 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday Night Football, and is expected to be out "for a while," according to head coach Zac Taylor.

In six games this season, Gesicki has eight catches for 61 receiving yards.

Gesicki suffered a left pectoral injury during the second quarter of the team's NFL Week 6 loss to Green Bay at Lambeau Field. The Bengals declared Gesicki out a short time later.

Gesicki was injured during the third quarter of the team's NFL Week 5 loss to Detroit at Paycor Stadium. Gesicki returned to the game during the fourth quarter.

Gesicki did not play in the Bengals' first two preseason games against the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Commanders.

In 2024, Gesicki played in all 17 games for the Bengals, and had 65 catches for 665 receiving yards with two touchdowns.
