SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — Central Bobcats football entered district play last week winners of three consecutive games. Central found themselves in another all time classic district game at home. Hear from Head Coach Mark Smith from Media day as he discusses what the Cats need to clean up going forward.

Central hosted Midland Legacy for not only homecoming but for the home district opener. A game in which 73 points were scored in the first half, 100 overall before the final whistle blew. The Bobcats head coach mentioning that 3rd down defense and run defense, again will be the focus this week as Central prepares for a tough matchup on the road at Ratliff Stadium taking on long-time rival, Permian Panthers.

Head coach Mark Smith also had a lot to say about Friday nights environment for both Homecoming and the district opener.
