Moore wouldn't record a catch for the remainder of the game, briefly leaving due to injury before returning to the field.
As it turns out, his injury might be more concerning than he initially let on. The Bears WR was hospitalized late Monday night and did not travel with the team back to Chicago.

Details on what required Moore to be hospitalized are unclear. The former Panthers star, now in his third season with the Bears, briefly exited the game after taking a hard hit to his side after his third and final catch of the night in the first quarter.

D.J. Moore injury update
The Bears never put out a formal injury declaration for Moore during Monday's game, as he was able to quickly return to the field while appearing hobbled.
Moore absorbed a hit to his side or hip at the end of the play that temporarily knocked him out of the game, but it isn't clear at this point whether that caused the issue that sent him to the hospital on Monday night.
The Bears face a short week before they host the 1-win New Orleans Saints on Sunday, seeking their fourth consecutive victory.
