Following in the footsteps of his teammate and close friend Jude Bellingham, Real Madrid defender Trent Alexander-Arnold appears all set to cut his recovery time from injury down.
The England right-back suffered a hamstring injury on September 16, in the UEFA Champions League tie against Marseille, and initial prognosis suggested that he would be out for a period of six to eight weeks.
A month later, Trent was seen back in training today, working individually on the grass, in what is a big step on his road to recovery.
Trent targets El Clasico return, but not ruling out Juventus
Now, according to AS, Trent has his sights set on El Clasico, and even dares to dream of facing Juventus.

As per the report, Trent’s main goal is to be ready and available for the Clasico against the Blaugrana.
At the same time, he is prepared to push himself to return in time for Juventus, in what would be a remarkable turnaround, considering he was tipped to be out for close to two months.
Trent is working tirelessly daily in the gym to maintain fitness, spending endless hours with physiotherapists, much like Bellingham did to return in two months after his shoulder surgery when it was expected that he would be out for three.
The defender is aware that pushing himself too hard could lead to a relapse and he will not play if there is any danger.
But, things seem to progressing well for him to cut down his recovery time, meaning he will likely be fit and ready well in time for his return to Anfield when Real Madrid face Liverpool in the UCL on 4 November.
