Here’s a look at each of the Jaguars’ games in England.
Oct. 27, 2013: 49ers 42, Jaguars 10
Where: Wembley Stadium
The Jaguars won their first-ever London coin toss, but it was all downhill from there. They deferred and kicked off to the 49ers, who marched down the field in eight plays and 76 yards with Frank Gore scoring from 19 yards out. The 49ers led 7-0 after just 3 minutes, 12 seconds of play. San Francisco scored four unanswered first half touchdowns, with the Jaguars getting on the board with a 38-yard Josh Scobee field goal as they trailed 28-3 at the half. The Jaguars pulled within 28-10 late in the third quarter, but another Gore touchdown and a Marcedes Lewis fumble returned by the 49ers for a touchdown led to a blowout. Gore finished with 71 yards on 19 carries with two touchdowns. Colin Kaepernick threw for 164 yards and a touchdown, and ran for 54 yards and two touchdowns. For the Jaguars, Chad Henne threw for 228 yards and a touchdown, and Maurice Jones-Drew chipped in 75 yards rushing.
Record: 0-1
Nov. 9, 2014: Cowboys 31, Jaguars 17
Where: Wembley Stadium
The Jaguars again won the coin toss, and that was about it. After the Cowboys opened the scoring with a 54-yard Dan Bailey field goal, the Jaguars took a 7-3 lead midway through the first quarter on a Denard Robinson 32-yard touchdown run. It was all downhill from there. The Cowboys ran off 28 unanswered points, and led 31-7 after three quarters. The positive: the Jags won the fourth quarter 9-0 with a safety and another Robinson touchdown. Tony Romo threw for 246 yards and three touchdowns and DeMarco Murray rushed for 100 yards for the Cowboys.
Record: 0-2
Oct. 25, 2015: Jaguars 34, Bills 31
Where: Wembley Stadium
The Jaguars go 3-for-3 on winning the coin toss, plus they got their first London victory. However, they REALLY tried to give it away. The Jaguars led 27-3 in the second quarter, but Buffalo quickly rattled off 10 points in the final 2:46 of the half to trail 27-13 at the break. After a scoreless third quarter, Buffalo got a Dan Carpenter field goal, a 58-yard passing touchdown from EJ Manuel to Marcus Easley, and Corey Graham returned a Blake Bortles interception 44 yards for a touchdown to give the Bills a lead, 31-27. However, the Jaguars put together an 80-yard drive late and won the game when Bortles hit Allen Hurns for a 31-yard touchdown. The Bills had one more shot with just over two minutes remaining, but the Jags’ defense held to earn the win. Bortles finished with 182 yards, two touchdowns and an interception; TJ Yeldon rushed for 115 yards and a touchdown; and Hurns and Allen Robinson both hauled in TD passes.
Record: 1-2
Oct. 2, 2016: Jaguars 30, Colts 27
Where: Wembley Stadium
For the fourth straight year, the Jaguars won the coin toss prior to the game. This was another game the Jaguars really tried to give away. The Jags struck first when Blake Bortles hit Allen Robinson for a 3-yard TD. After two Adam Vinatieri field goals closed the gap, Bortles plowed into the end zone on a one-yard keeper to stretch the lead to 14-6. A Jason Myers field goal grew the lead to 11 at the half. Myers put two more through the uprights in the third quarter and the Jaguars led 23-6. The Colts came storming back in the fourth quarter, first on a Frank Gore rushing touchdown. Andrew Luck later found T.Y. Hilton for a 2-yard score, and the Colts trailed just 23-20. Two minutes later, Bortles connected with Allen Hurns for a 42-yard touchdown to bring the lead back to 10. Luck later found Dorsett on a 64-yard score with three minutes remaining to make it 30-27. The Colts got the ball back one more time — at their own 18 with 26 seconds remaining, and they couldn’t get into field goal range as the comeback attempt fell short, and the Jaguars evened their record in London.
Record: 2-2
Sept. 24, 2017: Jaguars 44, Ravens 7
Where: Wembley Stadium
The Jaguars put up their record number of points overseas as they won their third game in a row in London. They also won the coin toss for the fifth time in five tries. The Jaguars dominated this game from start to finish. Joe Flacco was held to 28 yards passing and two interceptions, and he was replaced by Ryan Mallett, who didn’t fare much better. He had 36 yards passing with a late touchdown. Meanwhile, Blake Bortles was efficient, going 20-for-31 for 244 yards and four touchdowns. Marcedes Lewis was on the receiving end of three of those touchdowns, while Allen Hurns had the other. Corey Grant led the team with 75 rushing yards, while Leonard Fournette added 59 yards and a touchdown. Jalen Ramsey and A.J. Bouve each had an INT for the Jaguars. The Ravens were trailing 44-0 before getting on the board with just over three minutes left in the game.
Record: 3-2
Oct. 28, 2018: Eagles 24, Jaguars 18
Where: Wembley Stadium
The Jaguars went 6-for-6 in winning the London coin toss but unfortunately dropped this entertaining affair. A back-and-forth game saw the Eagles fend off the Jaguars, who only trailed 10-6 at the half. Josh Lambo converted four field goals, but the Jaguars could have used another touchdown or two. Blake Bortles connected with Dede Westbrook late in the third quarter for the Jags’ lone touchdown. A fourth-quarter Lambo field goal brought the Jags within 17-15, but the Eagles scored on their next possession when Carson Wentz hit Zach Ertz for a 5-yard touchdown. The 24-15 lead with 9:55 remaining proved insurmountable, as the Jags mustered just one more Lambo field goal to lose by 6 points.
Record: 3-3
Nov. 3, 2019: Texans 26, Jaguars 3
Where: Wembley Stadium
The Jaguars again won the coin toss — their seventh in a row in London — but that was the best thing that happened to them on this day. Houston led wire to wire, cruising to victory. Deshaun Watson picked the Jaguars apart with efficiency, going 22-for-28 for 201 yards and two touchdowns. Carlos Hyde was unstoppable, rumbling for 160 yards on 19 carries. Gardner Minshew threw for 309 yards and two interceptions for the Jags. They managed just 74 yards rushing — 34 from Minshew and 40 from Leonard Fournette.
Record: 3-4
Oct. 17, 2021: Jaguars 23, Dolphins 20
Where: Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
The Jaguars returned to London after the 2020 International Series game was kept in the U.S. because of the COVID-19 pandemic. For consistency’s sake, the Jaguars again won the coin toss. This would be the first time the Jaguars played at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. This game also ended up being Urban Meyer’s first NFL head coaching victory after he started the season 0-5. This stinker of a game saw five field goals between the two teams. Jaguars kicker Matthew Wright hit a 54-yarder with 3:40 remaining to tie the game 20-20, then he hit a 53-yarder as time expired to give the Jaguars the victory. However, it was what happened after the game that made the headlines. After the long flight home, Urban Meyer was caught on video in a compromising way with a woman who was not his wife while he was at his Columbus-area restaurant, "Urban Meyer's Pint House." Meyer lasted just seven more games, getting fired for multiple reasons, including poor performance and physically abusing a kicker.
Record: 4-4
Oct. 30, 2022: Broncos 21, Jaguars 17
Where: Wembley Stadium
The Jaguars came into this game 2-5, struggling in Doug Pederson’s first year as head coach. They won the coin toss again, boasting a 9-for-9 streak in London. The Jaguars grabbed a 17-14 lead on a Travis Etienne touchdown with 3:54 remaining in the game, but the Broncos took it right back on their next drive with Latavius Murray punching in a touchdown with 1:43 to play in the game. The Jaguars fell to 2-6 with the loss, but they’d go 7-2 the rest of the season en route to the playoffs.
Record: 4-5
Oct. 1, 2023: Jaguars 23, Falcons 7
Where: Wembley Stadium
In a first, the Jaguars were slated to play back-to-back games in London. And in another first, the Jaguars lost the coin toss. The Jags’ defense was on point, intercepting Desmond Ridder twice. Darious Williams returned one INT 61 yards for a touchdown, while Andre Cisco nabbed the other. Trevor Lawrence was sharp, throwing for 207 yards and a touchdown. Brandon McManus did the rest of the work, converting three field goals.
Record: 5-5
Oct. 8, 2023: Jaguars 25, Bills 20
Where: Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
The Bills were big favorites, but being in London for a week seemed to be an advantage for the Jags as Buffalo looked sluggish much of the game. The Jaguars led 11-7 at the half, and after both teams were held scoreless in the third quarter, things got interesting. Travis Etienne ran for a 6-yard score to give the Jaguars an 18-7 lead. Joh Allen answered with a TD pass to Gabe Davis to make the score 18-13. Etienne broke free for a 35-yard touchdown to put the Jags ahead 25-13. Allen again answered with a 3-yard keeper for a score. Time ran out and the Jags pulled off the two-game sweep in London, while also losing both coin tosses. They fell to 9-2 there.
Record: 6-5
Oct. 13, 2024: Bears 35, Jaguars 16
Where: Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Bears rookie Caleb Williams had a field day, going 23-for-29 for 226 yards, four touchdowns (two to Cole Kmet and two to Keenan Allen), one interception, and 56 yards rushing. Trevor Lawrence had a mixed bag day, throwing for 234 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. He completed 10 passes on 10 tries to Evan Engram for two touchdowns. However, the defense couldn’t stop anything and the Bears rolled. For what it’s worth, the Jags ended up winning the coin toss.
Record: 6-6
Oct. 20, 2024: Jaguars 32, Patriots 16
Where: Wembley Stadium
For the second week in a row, the Jaguars faced a rookie QB in London. Drake Maye played well, throwing for 276 yards and two touchdowns, but it wasn’t enough as the Patriots’ defense struggled to bottle up the Jaguars. New England grabbed a 10-0 lead, but the Jags stormed back to score 25 unanswered points. Along the way, Parker Washington exploded for a 96-yard touchdown on a punt return just before the half. Tank Bigsby rushed for two touchdowns, and the struggling Jaguars improved to 2-5 on the season. They only won two more times the rest of the season. The Jags also won the coin toss prior to the game, improving to 11-2.
Record: 7-6
Oct. 19, 2025: Los Angeles Rams vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars will play their 14th game in London while the Rams will play their fourth. The Rams are 2-2 overseas, having lost to the Patriots in 2012 and Giants in 2016, and defeating the Cardinals in 2017 and the Bengals in 2019.
