Manchester City will entertain Everton at the Etihad Stadium this Saturday afternoon as they look to secure a positive result at home in the Premier League. The Mancunian giants managed to earn a 1-0 win away at Brentford recently, which should keep them in good spirits ahead of this game.
Pep Guardiola will set his men up in a 4-3-3 formation and is expected to make a couple of changes to his first XI for this contest. Jeremy Doku and Nico Gonzalez could both play from the start of this game.

Defence
Gianluigi Donnarumma will function in between the sticks for Man City after he kept a clean sheet in his last league outing. Ruben Dias will continue to operate alongside Josko Gvardiol as they look to keep the opposition at bay during the 90 minutes.
Matheus Nunes will play as the right-back, while Nico O’Reilly hopes to impress on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will get the freedom to go forward and express themselves inside the opponent’s half.
John Stones and Nathan Ake will provide cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield
Phil Foden, Nico Gonzalez and Tijjani Reijnders will make up Guardiola’s midfield. Their main focus would be to establish their superiority over the opposition at the centre of the park. All three of them need to be at the top of their game if Man City are to earn a convincing win this Saturday.
Bernardo Silva will have to be content with a place on the bench as he waits for his chance to make an impact in the second 45 minutes if needed.
Attack
Jeremy Doku will try to give a good account of himself as the left-winger, while Oscar Bobb looks to impress on the right flank. Both of them will have to get in behind the opponent’s backline at every chance they get.
Erling Haaland will lead the charge for the Mancunian giants on the offensive end of the field. He has enjoyed a great run of form of late and would fancy his chances of scoring against Everton this weekend.
