At a time when Barcelona have gone through radical changes to their wage structure, it is perhaps not a surprise that only one player has made the list of the world’s top ten highest-paid footballers.
The player in question is Lamine Yamal, who has become the poster boy for the club both on and off the field. His recent contract with Barcelona has further boosted his wealth, with the Spaniard now ranking in Forbes‘ latest rankings.
How much is Lamine Yamal worth?
Lamine Yamal ranks 10th on the list of the world’s highest-paid footballers in 2025, with total estimated earnings of $43 million.
That figure includes $33 million from his Barcelona salary and bonuses, along with an additional $10 million from endorsements and sponsorships.

The 18-year-old’s rise has been meteoric. Since making his debut as a 15-year-old in 2023, Yamal has gone on to win Euro 2024 with Spain and help Barcelona reclaim the La Liga title.
The club quickly tied him down to a long-term contract until 2031, while also handing him the iconic No. 10 shirt, previously worn by legends like Ronaldinho and Lionel Messi.
The youngster recently signed a deal with Beats by Dre, adding to an endorsement portfolio that already includes Adidas, Konami, and Powerade.
He has also trademarked his “304” celebration with the European Union Intellectual Property Office – a move that paves the way for his own merchandise line.
Yamal’s social media reach has exploded, with nearly 77 million followers across platforms and an average of 33 million interactions per post, outpacing even global icons like Cristiano Ronaldo.
