The Buffalo Bills' offense over the past two weeks hasn't been the swashbuckling unit we saw in the opening month; in fact, it has been far from it.

With the offense scoring 30+ points and not having a single turnover in the first four games, they were riding high, but in the past two weeks? Yeah, standards have slipped.

Buffalo has scored 20 and 14 points and has had a whopping five turnovers as Josh Allen and Co. have struggled to get anything meaningful going. Oh, and after just 14 sacks in all of last season, Allen has already been sacked 12 times through six games.

But is confidence beginning to wane in Buffalo's weapons after back-to-back poor games? Offensive coordinator Joe Brady isn't worried.

“I'm good with our guys,” Brady said. “I have confidence. We've lost two games, it should feel at least from the outside, it should feel like the sky is falling, right? There's got to be a level of urgency, and we're not okay with how we've played. I believe in the coaches and the players that we have that we're going to figure it out.

"We're going to come up with solutions. As long as there's 11 guys in the huddle, I'm going to have all the faith and the confidence in the guys that we have.”

Not panic stations for Bills...yet

Sitting at 4-2, the Bills are still in a good position in the grand scheme of things, but the next two weeks could be crucial.

A tricky road trip to face the Carolina Panthers before a monster AFC showdown with the Kansas City Chiefs gives the Bills two weeks to prove that the last fortnight has just been a bump in the road.

Conversely, if things aren't figured out and the Bills, say, lose one or both, and the offense again looks out of sorts, questions will be coming thick and fast at Brady.

With Allen orchestrating it, the Bills should have an elite offense, but it hasn't been that in the past two weeks. Yes, teams can have "down" periods, but Buffalo can't afford it to last much longer.
